Inside the Lawyer's Redweld 2008 -- Viacom's David Sutphen

On November 7, 2008, David Sutphen, Viacom's Senior Vice President, Government Relations, was the guest speaker at Prof. Lateef Mtima's "Introduction to Intellectual Property" course. He discussed various intellectual property issues with emphasis on the special problems of copyright under current technologies, especially youtube, especially for content creators and providers. He also talked about his practice and the various competencies, skills, and experiences that are required in his job.
